Payment and Delivery

1 Bank Transfer / EFT

You may make your payment via bank transfer or EFT through any bank of your choice.
You can also complete your payment through the payment panel as a single installment by credit card. For any other situations, you may contact us directly.


2 Payment by Credit Card via Our Website

You can place an order using any credit card by selecting online single-payment option.
For online payments, the order amount will be charged to your credit card once your order is completed.

In the event of order cancellation due to possible order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within three business days.


3 Delivery

As the ETRUCCI family, we make every effort to deliver the products you have ordered to the shipping company on the same day.
For products that require longer procurement time, the shipping delivery period is two business days, as stated in the product details.
In case of a possible delivery delay, you will be informed accordingly.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you are present during the day as the delivery address.

Your order will be processed according to the delivery method you selected at the end of your order.
Products are shipped from our Istanbul-based company via ARAS Cargo.
In exceptional cases, shipments may be made through alternative courier companies.

After your order is approved, it will be delivered to the courier company no later than two business days.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

For international shipments, if transportation is arranged by the buyer, the products will be delivered up to the transportation zone.

You may consult our customer representative regarding alternative delivery conditions.


4 Payment Tracking

If the system is unable to complete the transaction for any reason, the visitor will be notified of this situation on the payment result page.

In case delivery cannot be completed due to an error in the specified address, the person who placed the order will be contacted.

The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order is processed.

We are responsible for the completion of delivery not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system is used.


5 Please Note

If you believe that a package has been damaged during shipment, please open and check it in the presence of the courier company representative before accepting delivery.
If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the shipment and request that a damage report be prepared by the courier company.

Once the product is accepted, it is deemed that the courier company has fully fulfilled its obligations.

If you follow these procedures, we will immediately begin processing your case and ensure that delivery is repeated as soon as possible.

If you briefly explain the reason for returning the product in the email, it will help us greatly in processing your request more efficiently.
