RETURN, CANCELLATION AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
We hope that you will be satisfied with your shopping as ETRUCCI. We protect consumer rights and prioritize customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction, production and service-related problems that you may experience with the products you purchase are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible. Shipping fees are collected from you when the product is received. If you make a return, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your amount and your refund will be made. In order to use this right of withdrawal, please read the return conditions below carefully. If the products you purchased comply with the return conditions, it will be sufficient to fill out the return form in your package and send them to us together with the products.
1. I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED, WHAT CAN I RETURN?
You can return products that do not have their protective elements such as labels, original boxes, packaging, tapes, seals, packages, and therefore do not lose their resalable feature. Campaign and gift products are also subject to these conditions. You must also send us the invoice of the product you want to return along with the product.
Returns of used, washed, damaged or damaged products are not accepted.
2. HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED?
First of all, make sure that the products you want to return comply with the return conditions. If they comply, you can return them within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product was delivered to you.
Returns must be sent in a package that will not damage the product.
Unfortunately, we do not exchange products. If you want to change your product, you can create a new order before the stock of the product you like runs out and ship the product you want to return to us.
In case of purchasing more than one product and returning more than one product, if a discount is applied, the discount is deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If a discount is applied to the products you purchased, the refund is made by deducting the percentage of the discount rate applied for each product. The total discount rate applied from the order amount is reflected in the price for each product.
In order to send your return shipments at our contracted price, you must send them with ARAS Cargo.
For your return shipments, it will be sufficient to specify our customer code 2313554551315 to Aras Cargo company and the code 2313554551315 as the return code.
Your shipping fee is invoiced to you when the product is received. If you make a return, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your payment amount and your refund will be made. If you make a return, your shipping fee will be deducted from your total invoice amount as a round trip and your refund will be made.
It is important to send the return form with the reason for return of the products and your invoice in order to speed up the return process.

3. CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENT OF MY ORDER OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
During campaign and discount periods, this delivery period is determined as 7.
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has not been delivered to the cargo, you can call our support line at 0850 307 00 58 during weekday working hours and request an arrangement.
It is not possible to cancel orders that have been shipped. You can apply for the return procedure within 14 (fourteen) days after the product reaches you.
After your order cancellation request is approved, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment method used for your order. Refunds vary depending on the bank's internal processes and delays may occur. We kindly ask you to follow up on these situations through your bank. In addition, refunds for installment payments are made in installments as required by bank processes.
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
ETRUCCİ does not work on weekends or public holidays.] If your cargo comes from Istanbul, it will reach us within at least [1 (one)] business day, if it comes from other cities of Turkey, it will reach us within at least [2 (two)] business days. After your return reaches us, if it complies with the return conditions, it may take up to [7 (seven)] business days for it to be processed and the payment to be made back. If the payment is delayed due to reasons arising from third party banks in the refund process, ETRUCCI will not be held responsible for the delay.
